the hospitality team was responsive and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. The spacious room comfortably accommodated our group, although a mirror in the room would have made it easier for all four of us to prepare without crowding the bathroom.

One minor drawback was the noticeable lack of soundproofing from the windows, especially since my room was right across from the lifts. I could hear the hustle and bustle of guests and housekeeping staff, which occasionally disrupted my relaxation after attending the School Spec show.

Excellent and astonishing food.

The location was handy and amazing: a shopping centre and a market were within walking distance. The property was set in a very nice area.

I didn't like that the shower pressure was low.

What a lovely spot for a romantic escape! The comfy beds made for some really cozy nights, and we had an amazing view overlooking the park. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the aquatic centre and local eateries. Plus, we indulged in a great breakfast to kickstart our days-definitely a highlight!

I liked staying here and would definitely return. Everything was really good, including well-trained staff on the whole great customer service. The breakfast with continental cheeses and pancakes, as for instance was varied and particularly good, you'll find what you need. Magnificent and wonderful location close in walking distance to event, met every demand.

we had a decent experience at the novotel, especially with the amazing view from our one-bedroom suite overlooking the stadiums. the staff were generally attentive, and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom made our stay comfortable. meals from room service were delicious, and we appreciated the variety in the restaurant, despite some crowding during busy times. overall, it was well-suited for both leisure and business needs.

The location was amazing, only 5 minutes walk to Sydney Showground. The staff was knowledgeable, just as I expected. The room was well-maintained, with a great decor and a lounge area, a balcony, and a storage space for my comfort.

Great location for concerts! Our room was spacious and super quiet, with a really comfy bed. The staff were friendly, and the buffet breakfast was a highlight. Just a heads up-watch that balcony door, and the decor feels a bit dated. A solid stay!

Proximity to Acer Arena as we were attending a concert there the night of our stay.

Breakfast not provided in tariff, which was relatively expensive for the type of room and location of the hotel. had we not been attending a concert at Acer Arena we would not have chosen to stay at NSOP.

We checked in and the room felt unkempt-dust everywhere and the sofa bed was filthy with old sheets. After a long day, having to chase down housekeeping to get it sorted was just exhausting. Super disappointing.

Excellent in all aspects of a conservative/ executive standard motel!!

Very disappointed with the "buffet breakfast" on the morning of Sun12th August 2012. The staff were workin very hard 2 accommodate a lot of very unimpressed customers who had booked n in most cases paid 4 a breakfast that was just not available or very lacking in the term of "Buffet" as there was simply no food or very little available on that day.

My daughter had to be at the Sports Centre for 2 days so it was very convenient to stay at the Novotel as we could walk to and from the venue.

Mainly the stay was good but on both nights we could hear the people in the room next to us. As far as I know there were no parents sharing the room with them so it was just teenage girls - there was music and giggling.
